Swaddling Your Baby
Before Izzy was born I never really heard of swaddling. When we started taking pregnancy classes and talking to other parents we realized swaddling was something we needed to learn how to do. Swaddling your baby is easy and many parents feel it helps calm a newborn baby.
I can definitely attest to the fact that my babies love being cuddled. As I felt Izzy expanding in my belly I thought “isn’t it uncomfortable in there?” and “isn’t she running out of room?” I’ve felt the same way during pregnancy number two with our baby boy.

Now that Izzy is older she uses her old ultimate swaddle, the sterling deco elephant pattern, with her baby dolls. The blanket is so soft it has quickly became one of her favorites. When we stopped swaddling Izzy we continued to use the blanket for tummy time and cuddling.
