Inspiring Fitness Music & Giveaway
Thank you Family Christian for sponsoring this post. I was provided the featured products for free, but all opinions are 100% my own.
Do you need some inspiration to get fit? I know I do. If I’m being honest, I still have about 5 pounds of pregnancy weight I’d love to get rid of. One of my favorite ways to exercise is walking outside. Our daughter loves riding in the stroller and I can exercise while she is awake and enjoying some fresh air. I notice when I listen to upbeat music I seem to walk faster and longer.
I was super excited to listen to the new Mandisa Get Up and Amy Grant In Motion remix albums. Both CD’s contain some of my favorite songs by the artists. Now they are remixed to upbeat music! The music has more of a pop feel and when you listen to it you will want to get moving. I’m not sure I will listen to these CD’s as everyday ‘easy listening’ music, but I love the fast paced songs when I work out. I was also excited to review a glass water bottle from Family Christian. Jeremiah 29:11 has special meaning for my husband and I so I was very excited about this inspirational water bottle to use during my walks.
Here are 3 Quick Fitness Tips to Stay Motivated:
- Find inspiring music = Music can lift my spirits and give me more energy. Researchers found listening to upbeat music can actually improve your mood! Find something to listen to that gets you motivated and you will notice the time doesn’t go by so slowly.
- Make a plan = If I make a concrete plan of when I am going to workout I notice I am more likely to follow it. I write down my goals and write in my planner the days I want to workout.
- Workout with a friend = Time flies when you are having fun! So why not invite a friend to workout with you? It can help with accountability and you can spend some catching up with someone you love.
Now it is your turn! One Heart of Deborah reader will win both CD’s (Mandisa & Amy Grand remix albums).
