Umi Fall Shoe Shopping
I can’t believe it is almost time for school to start again. Even though I no longer work in the public school system August brings back many memories for me. Back to school shopping was always something I looked forward to with my mom and sister. Although Izzy is too young to start school we are still doing some fall shopping for her. It’s amazing how quickly she is growing! It seems like we just bought her size 7 shoes and now she is an 8 or 8.5. I’m trying to soak up all the moments I can with her until her “baby brudder” arrives in a few weeks.
As you may remember we are big fans of Umi’s Children Shoes. Her first pair of sneakers for walking were from Umi. We love the brand because their shoes are made with high quality materials, they are functional and the styles are adorable. Please note that although I received review product for free, we love the quality of Umi’s shoes. You won’t be disappointed with the craftsmanship of the shoe. All the styles we have tried have held up really well with a toddler who loves to run outside.
This fall we decided to go with a sneaker for Izzy. How adorable are these Jett B gold shoes? I’m loving gold accents right now! I think Izzy likes how shimmery and glittery the shoes are. Although the shoes come with a lace-up design thankfully regular shoelaces are included. For some reason our baby girl has fat feet. It was difficult for us to stretch the no tie shoelaces wide enough for her to get her foot in the shoe. Once we used the regular shoelaces it was a perfect fit. Personally, I don’t mind using the shoelaces you have to tie. I think the shoes look adorable either way!
