At Home with Graco®
Last week was a busy week for our family. We had our first ultrasound and shared with our friends and family that baby number two is on his or her way! Izzy and I also attended our first blogger live event and we had a fun time learning all about Graco®. Although this is a sponsored post, I want you to know even my husband was excited about this new baby product and this is our honest opinion! At the live event, we met some amazing bloggers and fell in love with the versatility of the Graco® Pack ‘n Play® Playard Nearby Napper™.
So here it is, our new favorite newborn essential. With Izzy we had the most basic version of the pack ‘n play. After seeing the Graco® Pack ‘n Play® Playard Nearby Napper™ in action I think it is definitely worth the upgrade. First, I love the fact that it has a changing station and storage for diapers and wipes. With our first baby we only had one changing station, upstairs in her bedroom, and it was not practical. Going forward it will be wonderful to have a changing station downstairs with the pack ‘n play and one upstairs in our baby’s bedroom.
Dawn from A New Dawnn was gracious enough to model her precious new baby in the nearby napper. Her daughter seemed to love it as much as the moms did!
One of the best features in my opinion is the nearby napper. The bassinet is perfect for a daytime nap and it easily converts into a reversible vibrating seat with the push of a button. Our daughter has the best intentions, but I could see her trying to touch baby number two while he or she is napping. With the nearby napper placed on top of the pack ‘n play the baby is high enough that she can’t reach or bother the baby.
It is amazing how many different uses you can get out of this Graco® pack ‘n play. I definitely recommend this to other parents, with the vibrating seat, bassinet, changing station and play yard you get multiple uses for your money. Set aside some time to put this essential product together. I was determined to put it together all by myself, without help from my husband or dad. Note to my future self, ask for help. Thankfully, I recruited my mom and we laughed so hard we got tears in our eyes. I certainly felt proud when it was completely assembled!

Overall, we had a great time at the At Home with Graco® event. I was a little nervous since it was my first time attending something like this, but Erica from No Sleep ’til College (the hostess) was so welcoming and created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere. It was wonderful to connect with other bloggers, meet up with old friends and learn about the versatility of the Graco® Pack ‘n Play® Playard Nearby Napper™ together.
Do you have a Graco® pack ‘n play?
What is your favorite Graco® newborn essential?

Very cool – I am receiving the pack & play as a gift, but I’m not sure what it looks like or anything about it yet, except for the fact that I was told it was AMAZING, and that I’d NEED one for Baby Jack’s arrival. Thanks for the peek into the new-fangled Pack & Play… It looks so amazing. And smart!
Yay! I can’t wait for Baby Jack’s arrival. You will be so glad you have a pack ‘n play 🙂
Wow! We had a Graco Pack ‘n Play when the kids were younger and they have since added so many cool features! Almost makes me want to have another baby 😉 Love that changing area!!
Would this work as a bassinet before I would transition our newborn into a crib? The bassinet I mean not the whole pack n play.
I’m not sure the bassinet is best for baby to sleep in. Though day napping may be okay. We had something like this bassinet with our two kids (https://www.amazon.com/SwaddleMe-By-Your-Side-Sleeper/dp/B00YBADM1O/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1474390235&sr=8-3&keywords=infant+sleeper). We even put it in the crib and/or pack n play then transitioned them out of it.
