Health is important to our family. Growing up my family ate healthy, but I didn’t really understand the impact food had on my daily life until college. I swam competitively at Bucknell University and I learned how food can make me feel good or sick. My interest in health has increased since then especially now that my husband is an Internal Medicine physician. He keeps me up-to-date on news in the medical world. As a family we strive to find safe products and healthy recipes. This is something I am passionate about and I love healthy living tips with family and friends.
